For many years, Michael was the founder, owner, product developer, and tackle manufacturer behind the Taffi Tackle brand. His work has also appeared in various magazines and television productions.

Over the course of his guiding career, Michael has guided more than 1,300 catfish over 2 meters, including 45 fish over 2.50 meters and 9 fish exceeding 2.60 meters.
